There is no timetable: we come to the terminal for you. We meet you outside the arrivals hall, at the point named in your booking confirmation — look for the Ring Road Cars sign. If anything is unclear, call us and we will find you.

At handover you walk around the car with us; we photograph it, record a 360° video and send both to you. Report any damage that is not on the condition report before you leave (rental terms 10).

Tank full, tires correct for the season. The Ring Road starts right outside.
After-hours arrival?
Our opening hours are 04:00–20:00 every day, public holidays included, except 24 and 31 December (04:00–12:00) and 25 December and 1 January (closed). Outside them, a pickup at Keflavík Airport is available only on request, agreed in advance: €75 per pickup, shuttle included, or €150 after 12:00 on 24 and 31 December (rental terms 40(b)). Return: confirmed with your booking
Your confirmation explains the return slot and transfer method. The rental ends, and the risk passes to us, when the car and all its keys are handed to our staff; a car left unattended stays at your risk until we take it over. We inspect the car and give you a receipt; if we find new damage, we email you notice with photos and the repair estimate or invoice within 10 days (rental terms 12–13).

What to bring: Each driver's physical driving license and a valid passport or national identity card, plus a physical credit or debit card in the renter's name for the hold (rental terms 3, 4, 7).
After-hours handling: Outside opening hours (04:00–20:00), pickup and return are available only on request, agreed in advance: €75 per pickup and €75 per return, shuttle included, or €150 each after 12:00 on 24 and 31 December (rental terms 40(b)). The meet-up details are sent before travel.
From Reykjavík: Take the Flybus / airport coach or a taxi to Keflavík — we're happy to help arrange a taxi. We do not deliver to Reykjavík.
Late flights or questions: Call or WhatsApp us on +354 779 9499, or email us, as soon as you know. The car must be collected within two hours of the booked pickup time, or the booking may be treated as a no-show; we will try to hold your car, but we cannot promise it (rental terms 10).
After-hours drop-off: Returns outside opening hours are available only on request, agreed in advance, and are handed over to our staff (€75 per return, shuttle included, or €150 after 12:00 on 24 and 31 December; rental terms 40(b)). Keflavík (KEF) base — other drop-offs on request
Pickup and standard drop-off are at our Keflavík office (near KEF Airport), included in your quote during opening hours. Need to leave the car elsewhere? That is on request only: a return in Reykjavík costs €50 (rental terms 40(o)); for the domestic airport (RKV), Akureyri or another town, choose it in the booking and we confirm the one-way fee in writing before you pay.
